Fire Restoration:

Curley’s Pub, Taunton, MA

This very popular landmark was destroyed by Fire in May of 2007, leaving little or anything to be salvaged.

The entire building was damaged, all but the exterior walls and some of the concrete foundation was demolished and disposed of from site.  New concrete foundations were poured; new exterior walls and roof were constructed.

Often times newly restored restaurants may lose their charm; we worked very closely with the owners of Curley’s Pub to restore the building to maintain its ambiance.

Although, the new restaurant is slightly larger than the original, which has been in existence for several decades, there exists a cozy and comfortable feeling throughout.

The first floor is complete with hardwood floors, bead board wainscoting on the walls and a custom hand built bar.  The stone fireplace extends from the first floor to the second floor.  Part of the charm of the original building which was able to be replicated was the open balcony which surrounds and overlooks the fire place.

The second floor has a vaulted wooden ceiling with ceiling fans and exposed duct work which is also present throughout the first floor.  The entire building is handicap accessible.

Curley’s Pub remains a very popular spot with locals and has become a favorite of many new visitors.   Please stop in sometime for an enjoyable dining experience and to see the quality of Premier’s Craftsmanship.
